it died, again. and it’s only been, what, six months since i’ve sent it for repairs? this is so frustrating. i am so not going to buy any laptops from hewlett packett anymore. it sucks. it died once during the warranty period. got it fixed but i still have to pay for the processing or fixing fee or whatever fee they called it. this time around, it’s way out of the warranty period and the freaking laptop is dead. totally dead.
it says, hardware malfunction. contact vendor. yada yada yada. i mean, what the hell, man. i just fixed it. and, it’s spoilt again? the overheating happens all the time. so i never think too much into it. but this is an entirely different case. it doesn’t start up. even if it does, it just freezes half way and i can’t think of any other way to off that damned thing other than turning the power off. oh, another thing that irritates me was the fact that there wasn’t any help given when i called the careline. so what if i called late at night? it’s not even midnight. it’s 8.30 at night, mind you. way past working hours but customer service should still be available. to hell with that.
screw it! so gonna get a mac when i get the cash.
